Nature for 2's - 8 Sessions
During this 8-week course for two year-olds, your child will explore the ways nature changes as we move through the seasons. Each 8-week course will focus on the present season, and will use all the senses—smell, touch, sight, taste, and sound—to understand how living things change along with the seasons. Using a multi-sensory approach, the class will engage children in a variety of activities including arts & crafts, stories, songs, play, and cooking. From pretending to dig in the snow for food like a squirrel, to exploring sticks and leaves as art, to observing caterpillars as they transform into butterflies, each child will leave with an appreciation for the natural world and a sense of awe for the changes and cycles of the seasons.

*Please note that while this course is not a separation class, and we do require that an adult be available for diaper changing and bathroom assistance, we encourage independence in every child and ask that accompanying adults allow children to take the lead in their activities.

Thursdays from 11:00 am to 11:50 am
Fridays from 10:00 am to 10:50 am
