Trial Classes:
Trial classes are available for any class on the first day of the semester, and with the instructor’s discretion once the course has started. Trial classes are offered at a cost of one class, i.e. $45 or $60.
Make-up Policy:
• Each child is entitled to a maximum of two make-ups per semester.
• As a make-up, your child may join any class within their age group of lesser or equal value, provided there is space available. If you
would like to choose a class that costs more, you can simply pay the price difference for that session.
• If your child's class is only offered once a week, or there are no available spaces in another class for your child to join, you may apply
your make-up credit(s) to enrollment in another semester of Wild Blue.
• During the spring semester, families have the option,
at enrollment, of giving up one or both of their make-up days and paying a
reduced rate (equivalent to one or two days of class, respectively) to have days off for spring break.
Refund Policy for Course Cancellation:
**This policy applies to families who want to remove their children from an entire Wild Blue course, not from a single class session.**
• Wild Blue asks that a deposit be paid to hold your child's place in a class. Deposit is equivalent to the price of one class.
• A full refund, including deposit, can be given with at least one week’s notice of cancellation.
• The deposit cannot be refunded if there is less than one week's notice of cancellation.
• After the first class, a
24 hour cancellation policy is applied. With less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the
family is responsible for payment for the missed class.
• After the second class (or with cancellation less than 24 hours before the second class), the price of all unused classes is
refunded.
• After the third class (or with cancellation less than 24 hours before the third class), the family pays for the classes used, plus a
cancellation fee equal to the cost of one class.
• After the fourth class has taken place, no refund is given.
• Materials fees (when applicable) cannot be refunded.
