Exploring the Wonders of Earth 5-7
In this hands-on program we will strive to uncover some of the wonders and mysteries of our wonderful planet by exploring, experimenting and creating with its scientific phenomena and principles. We will play with concepts like why sleds work better on ice than wheels do, exploring the formation of stalactites and understanding why white clothes keep you cooler in the sun.
Each week throughout the semester, we will engage in exciting projects through which kids can express their own sense of inquiry and discovery while figuring out the science that makes Earth the marvelous place that it is.
